Returning goods

In accordance with paragraph 19 of the Rules of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania "Regulations on Distance Contracts", the consumer can use the right of refusal and make a return within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the goods purchased in the online store.

The product must be returned to the workshop, Avotu Street 1, Riga, within 14 days from the moment of purchase.

Payment will be returned within 14 days after receiving the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and covered.

Please prepare the following information:

• Order number;
• Product Name;
• Reason for return.

​Please make sure of the following things:

• The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged;
• The product must be unused (no scratches, dirt, etc.);
• ​The product must be in the same package as when received;
• It is not possible to return the product if it is made to order (special design, individual engraving, etc.).
